The Batesville Boy’s Varsity Tennis Team competed in the EIAC Individual Tournament on Saturday.
Batesville had all 5 varsity positions in the semi-finals, four in the finals, and three spots were conference champions. Out of the eight all conference tennis players, six were from Batesville.
EIAC Finals Scores-
#1 Singles- Beau Brown was defeated by Jason Boose (East Central)- 5-7, 3-6
#2 Singles- Blake Walsman defeated David Lawrence (Greensburg) 6-3, 6-1
#1 Doubles- Matt Taylor and Spencer Rose defeated Keegan McCollough and Kevin Beaver 2-6, 6-4, 6-1
#2 Doubles- Paul Ritter and Harsh Patel defeated Dylan Little and Braden Ertel- 6-2, 6-1.
