The Batesville Bulldogs traveled to South Dearborn Monday Night to take on the Knights. Despite some tremendous defensive plays by the Bulldogs they were unable to hold off the Knights and fell in a key conference match up 4-0.
Leading in hitting for the Bulldogs were Sarah Meyer going 2-3 and Ellie Waechter and Whitney Axsom 1-3.
Lady Bulldogs fall to 3-10 on the season and 2-5 in conference play. They will host Franklin County Tuesday night at 5:30.
