Bulldogs And Cardinals Split Games

VolleyballThe BMS 7th grade volleyball team had a team effort to defeat St. Louis 25-15, 25-15. Top servers were Kylie Laker and Belle Wolter with 11 points each. Megan Sloan add 4 service points. At the front row Nikki Fox had 2 kills, Laine Steuwing, McKenna DeFreese, and Kylie Laker added 1 kill each. The team had solid passing in the back row by Grace Sarringhaus, Paige Stirn, & Chloe Schroeder. Shalee Harrington and Kerigan Haskamp also played well for the win. The Bulldogs record is now 4-6.

The BMS 8th grade volleyball team dropped a sluggish match to St. Louis. Scores were 25-18; 25-20. The team was uninspired from the beginning and couldn’t get motivated to play harder. Biz Mullen was the top server earning 6 points. Their record falls to 5-5. The teams travel to South Dearborn on Thursday.

The STL 8th Gradeers visited The BMS Dog Pound and surprised them we an upset victory. We defeated them in two games: 25-22, 25-20. Leading servers were Alexa Miles 11/13, 9 points, 4 aces. Kayla Meyer 8/11, 7 points.
