Betty L Sprague, age 88, of Brookville, Indiana died Monday, March 10, 2014 at McCullough Hyde Memorial Hospital in Oxford, Ohio.

Born December 6, 1925 in Brownstown, Indiana she was the daughter of the late Russel & Opal (Reinbold) Goen. On August 17, 1952 she was united in marriage to Charles K. Sprague, and he survives.

Betty was a member of the Brookville United Methodist Church, Brookville Woman’s Club and the Brookville Tri Kappa.

Survivors include her husband Charles, sons Randy (Sherry) of Greenfield, Indiana, Rusty (Jean) Sprague of Brookville, Indiana; three grandchildren, Justin Sprague of Brookville, Indiana, Ryan Sprague of Brookville, Indiana and Amber Kriech of Carmel, Indiana.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Cathy (Sprague) Kriech as well as a sister Maryann (Goen) Dollens.

Family & friends may visit from 4 till 8:00 P.M. on Thursday, March 13, 2014 at Phillips & Meyers Funeral Home, 1025 Franklin Avenue, Brookville.

Rev. Curtis Bond will officiate the Funeral Services on Friday, March 14, 2014, 12:00 Noon, at Phillips & Meyers Funeral Home. Burial will then follow in Maple Grove Cemetery in Brookville.
