Being Positive

The last two days I was a little negative so I thought it would be good to talk about a more positive topic today. How about Jac-Cen-Del boys and girls winning another sectional title this year? I know Coach Bradshaw did not have the season he wanted, but he had his kids ready in March and they used the class system to their advantage. This is why this system will be around for a long time. If JCD or Switzerland County had to play in Greensburg or Columbus this year, their season would have probably been over after one game. That was exciting when you won, but in most years it was over before it started. Coach Nobbe and North Decatur almost pulled it off at South Ripley. They won two games before losing to the Pacers of Switzerlnd County. Both Coach Bradshaw and Coach Nobbe are carving out quite a record at their respective schools. How many state titles do you think Fort Wayne Canterbury would have won in a single state tourney format? As it is, they now have won five of the last six. There are advantages to all the options whether we like it or not.
