Batesville 7th fell to 4-1 on the year after a 41-31 loss to Connersville.
Devin Scripture, Lane Oesterling, and Devin Scripture all scored 7 points to lead the team. Luke Belter led the team with 4 rebounds while Tyler Myers had 2 steals.
BMS will be in action Tuesday night at home vs North Decatur.

The Batesville 8th grade lost to a good Connersville team last night 53-39.
1Q – 11-5; 2Q – 26-19; 3Q – 37-31.
Isaac Barker led the team with 15 points. Jayden Beal had 8. Sam Wade and Lane Westerfeld had 5 each. BMS had (5) 3-pointers and were 2-8 on free throws with 16 turnovers.
Silcott had 23 for Connersville followed by Seeley with 12 and Smith with 10 points. They had (3) 3-pointers and were 6-12 on free throws with 9 turnovers.
