Batesville Bulldogs won the Southeast Indiana Youth Football Championship

Football 50 Yard LineThe Second Grade Batesville Bulldogs won the Southeast Indiana Youth Football (SIYFA) “Superbowl” on November 1st defeating the Bright Trojans 14-6.

The Superbowl championship came on the heels of a regular season championship for the 9-1 Bulldogs.

Batesville was led in scoring in the contest by quarterback Jacob Stenger who scored one touchdown and one two point conversion. Also scoring for Batesville was running back Will Jaisle who added a touchdown on 19 carries for 141 yards.
